Having a heart attack is a huge blow—not just physically, but emotionally. Survivors can feel vulnerable and weak. But by looking through the eyes of their loved ones, they can feel confident and strong again.

That's the idea behind Survivors Have Heart—an event, movement, and online resource that celebrates survivors and promotes both physical and emotional recovery. AstraZeneca teamed up with celebrity fitness expert and heart attack survivor Bob Harper to surprise five fellow survivors. What resulted was a heart-to-heart they'll never forget.
