For KitchenAid's partnership with FOOD & WINE, we decided to bring a taste of the culinary world’s most prestigious food festival, The FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, to kitchens across the country. We partnered with Chef Chris Cosentino to teach home cooks how to create the very meal he would be making in Aspen.
